Tastefully decorated and authentic units with the external private bathroom and external bath. Excellent location by the beach. Based close to port, old fort and coastal line and other tourist spots.

Wi-Fi could use an upgrade!!! Limited nearby dining options made meals tricky. A towel for the kitchen would be helpful. Paying only in cash is quite inconvenient!!!

I had a twin room and it was well-equipped with very comfortable beds. The location in a calm area was exceptionally nice and there were a main market and a market nearby.

The staff is brilliantly friendly as well as hotel's host. It boasts excellent, nice location just next door to the center of Matrah and old fort and coastal line and the old harbour. There's cool Corniche cafe at a medium distance from the property, make desserts etc.

The room was super comfy with an amazing rooftop terrace, perfect for morning tea. Loved the good Omani decor and kitchen amenities.

The Omani design of the room added a nice touch, and the cleanliness was excellent. The grilled Teppanyaki fish was a highlight, perfectly cooked and flavorful. While the location allowed for pleasant walks along the corniche, the options for food in the immediate area were limited, requiring some driving to find other dining choices. Although the air conditioning was effective, it required periodic adjustments to maintain comfort.

This place has an unbeatable and stunning location in the Mutrah area that totally exceeded my expectations. I booked a room with an external private bathroom, and it worked out great! 🌟.

It was just a suitable option for a break on a long journey in Muscat with a good price-quality ratio. The rooftop café had a fantastic view, perfect for enjoying my morning tea.

The guesthouse is ideally located just a short walk from the old souq and right beside an ancient watchtower. The rooms exhibit traditional Omani design, and the rooftop café offered good views and a fantastic traditional Omani breakfast.

Limited food options in the immediate vicinity may require some planning.

The Beautiful Family Suite was super spacious and came with air conditioning, hairdryer, and a microwave. Loved the rooftop terrace for the morning tea. The soft towels and free toiletries were a nice touch. Sun umbrellas were a bonus for the outdoor area. Definitely worth it!

I enjoyed my stay with kind caretakers who made sure I had everything I needed, and the cozy terrace was perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea. The only hiccup was getting into my room initially due to a mix-up with the passcode, but the owner was quick to help out. Definitely recommend visiting the local souq and trying out the nearby restaurants for a taste of the local culture! 🌟

This hotel has a fantastic location that's really convenient for getting to the airport. I also enjoyed trying out some drinks at Revolucion de Cuba, which is just a short 5-minute walk away. 🍹.
